"I enjoyed coming in contact with a variety of people and getting to resolve customer situations. I also enjoyed creating the monthly promotions and decorating accordingly."

"It is a great place to work, but I would not look at it as a career."

"I was in the same place all day and the job did not proived enough variety. Each transaction I completed was very repetitive. Pay to individuals doing the same job was varied too much."

"Employees should be valued and paid for commitment in order to motivate staying comitted."

"The head teller had zero respect for me as a person while the supervisor acted like I had no idea what I was doing"

"It was a great summer job. I learned patience, how to interact with people (customers), and how to maintain relationships with people."

"I loved the interaction with the costumers. I loved meeting the costumers for the first time helping the. I loved the fact that they wanted to keep the costumer service award they have received, so we all did what we had to as a team to make our costumers happy."

"Be yourself and pay attention to detail. Dealing with other people's assets is not a game."

"I didn't like the fact that it was part time and the pay was so low. I managed though and learned a lot about banking and finance."

"The organization was located close to were I lived."

"The pay is not comparable to other banks. You definitely need a sales personality to work here. Oh and by the way, they love to work you six days out of seven, without any overtime. I consistently worked full-time hours but was given part-time status so they did not have to up my benefits."
What don't you like about working at JPMorgan?
"Management walked around consistently telling us we were replaceable. Service was not considered to be important. They only cared about sales and referrals there."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Care about your employees. I was once told I could not take off work to go to my grandfather's funeral because it would interfere with the schedule."

"Hours, they did not have any full-time teller positions available at the time."

"If employees are happy and get recognize for doing a job well done. They will be more productive."

"I enjoyed the people both co-workers and customers. Taught me a lot about life and the kind of person I wanna be."

"Yes, being a people person is a major bonus and brush your teeth and dress nice."

"I had many problems with their HR and their payroll department."

"Work better with the associates, when problems arise."
