"JP Morgan was a good company to work for. I had 29 good years. Unfortunately, because of market changes, a lot of positions were eliminated."

"I disliked the way management who merged and took over, treated their employees."

"The people they were amazing. The fact that I could meet different people daily and help them by making their banking experience better."

"Sell goals should not be as high if you are working 15 hours a week."

"Be more flexible, a teller usually does not want to stay a teller. Give encouragement."

"I loved banking as a business and I really liked the culture at the time within the bank - - they valued their employees and provided extensive training."
