"The best thing was the people, both the co-workers and the customers. Everyone in Tulsa was so friendly and nice."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"They are looking for positive, professional, highly trainable and energetic people with attention to detail and interest in sales."

What don't you like about working at Arvest Bank?

"The only thing that I can think of that I didn't really like was the later hour. In order to improve customer service, they were open until 8 p.m. and I usually worked the closing shift."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The training program was the best! Customer Focus Banking workshops were something innovative to me, and also very helpful."

"I enjoyed coming in contact with a variety of people and getting to resolve customer situations. I also enjoyed creating the monthly promotions and decorating accordingly."

"It is a great place to work, but I would not look at it as a career."

What don't you like about working at Arvest Bank?

"I was in the same place all day and the job did not proived enough variety. Each transaction I completed was very repetitive. Pay to individuals doing the same job was varied too much."

"Employees should be valued and paid for commitment in order to motivate staying comitted."
