"I loved the company culture and I got along with my co-workers. Unfortunately it would have taken me longer than I expected to move up to a Personal Banker position."

"I enjoyed working with my teammates, you will truly feel like family with this company."

"Be ready to absorb and learn a lot. Let them know you are ready to dive in and absorb everything. Risk management (fraud) is a big deal to them as they are such a large company they get hit every day. They want to know you are organized and are able to pay attention to detail as well as carry out policy and procedure."

"If you like people and numbers than this is the job for you. Make sure that you can prepare yourself for the adventures that await. This job is what you make of it it can be a very forfilling job and this can become your extended family."
