"The convenience of working from home and having a somewhat flexible schedule."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"They practically employ anybody, so if your interviewing for this job you have a 99% chance of getting the job. Turnover is very high."
What don't you like about working at teleNetwork?
"Very low pay for the sector - difficult to get any raises - inappropriate pressure and threats to keep calls short so unable to effectively troubleshoot some people who are not that computer literate and require more call time."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Team leaders there have no management skill's instead they use threats of getting fired or probation if call times are not kept low. For such a low pay job they should be thankful they have someone working for those sweat-house wages instead of making threats. Pay needs to be kept to par with the industry sector that way they will retain and attract qualified and professional staff. At the moment no one is motivated to perform well as low pay and threats isn't in anyone's book a good motivator."
What do you like about working at IBM?
"I like being able to interact with a wide variety of technologies and the challenge that represents."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"The same advice I got when I started: use it for experience and then bail, you're in USA's India here."
What don't you like about working at IBM?
"I can't stand being overworked for the little pay I get, we need to do 60 hours of work in 40 hours. I don't like that being recognized by your peers is meaningless if your managers don't also submit you. It's stupid that being recognized by management gets you a lot of nothing."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Give raises competitive with the new workers. I know all of them are making 2x what I am just because I was hired in 2009 and not 2011."

"The flexibility, the chance to work remote and manage your time on your own"

"Negotiate very well salary and benefits. Make sure you have a clear growth plan in place"

"The luck of career growth, very few focus into the single people!"

"To focus more on people growth and development. Better coaching."

"Being close to home, small company that allows you to voice your opinions, and how relaxed the environment is."

"It's not easy to get in here so stay persistent and wait for your time."

"The only dislike is some of the people we have to speak with on the phone. In tech support we are here to help. Don't be a jerk to us."

"Keep looking at the market. Keep up with the changing market."
