"Not enough pay, no benefits, Advancement is only by politics and not by skills, when you earn more vacation time, they change the vacation policy and you end up losing a weeks vacation and pay."

"Management has all the benefits and perks, they need to pass those on to the employee's that are making the company rich. If they change any policies, it should be to enrich the employee and make him feel wanted."
