"There are so many opportunities with this company and keeping that end goal in site is a great motivator. I love the camaraderie in the office, among the recruiters specifically. One of the hardest parts of this position is dealing with factors that you must complete but are out of your control. "Be prepared to take charge of your own fate. You'll get a taste of the business here, but there is little room to grow. If you already know the IT staffing world you should be all set."

"Big time micromanagement. Was brought on to work 8:30-5, and was then manadated to work 8-6 with no change in pay or incentives. Commission plan is eh when they eventually let you earn commission. Don't plan on learning much."

"Start a training program beyond roll plays once a week. If you post an entry level job, make it entry level and don't leave newbies sitting in a cube with no idea."
