"I have worked for TEKsystems since September 2019. I am currently working as a technical recruiter. Although it is a great company, I believe that there is a lot of room for improvement. I believe that a start up feel is definitely more enticing and this is where I want to go with my career. Sometimes, I feel that it is a slow moving oiled machine at TEKsystems."

"Make sure that you have a clear picture of what advancement looks like for your office."

"Too much focus on the numbers and not paying attention to what will help people grow."

"Stop managing numbers and focus on managing the people working for me."

"Be very open about what your dislikes and likes are."

What don't you like about working at TEKsystems?

"THe pay system. You worked of a tiered commission. Too many recruiters at one location. Not enough clients to recruit for."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Not to hire so many people at onee location."
