"The drama and closed door policy they have. It's annoying. Manager's have the final say and don't take any advise from anybody."

"Dont apply waste of time I know 30 people who hired on spot and left after a week"

"Horrible database management, references, some co-workers, managers who recruit over you and take there guy first, make high goals, never give out leads etc"

"Listen to the co worker and be a little nicer. If you treat your employee well they will work harder for you and I suggest you re format your recruiting system and get more leads"
