"The distance was too much, and wanted to start my own company within the automotive end."

"Lots of down time at the end of season, and it's seasonal employment- all good things come to an end."

"It's alright overall."
What do you like about working at Ameridose?
"It's flexible and informal. No micro managing. Some co-workers are cool. Pay is ok."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"It's a good place if you want to get a paycheck and get out at the end of the day to live your life. If you want to climb the ladder, don't count on it unless your lips are ready to smooch... There are some cool people there and some managers are cool too but beware ... You have to have an IDGAF attitude to last."
What don't you like about working at Ameridose?
"The jobs are robotic. People get on a power trip there when they are in management or a favorite of management. If you can't work 50+ hour weeks, buy the supervisors lunch and kiss ass because you aren't getting anywhere. When you make a mistake they talk about you and are rude to you (like we care)."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Stop the favoritism and start acting like real managers. A lot of them have no leadership skill or people skills. It's a joke to see how some of them handle situations. Most of them in a management position were kiss asses themselves and upper management knew they could do what they wish with them..."

"Very pleasant, clean, and safe environment. Respectful bosses. Very fun atmosphere."

"Follow up often. Jacobs Entertainment Corp will not call you. You have to be in their face to get a job. Learn to be a yes man."

"No growth opportunity. Too far from home. Too many strict rules."

"Listen to the little people, company will run better. We interact with all of the clients, we can tell what they want, and how they want it. Listen to us."

"This company would take advantage of certain consumers by raising rates and payments."

"I believe the management team of this company should be replaced."

What do you like about working at inhouseIT?
"I am currently working at inhouseIT and have been for a few years now. I must say that the environment and culture at this company has been great! Good working environment, support and appreciation from management and overall... a great company to work for. The IT/ Telecommunications industry in itself can be challenging, but inhouseIT even takes the next step in ongoing presentations to help educate customers and even employees with today's technology advancements."

"If you are in the telecommunications/ IT industry and enjoy working in a good environment, enjoy helping others and are looking for a challenge but at the same time getting more education and experience within the advancements of technology... consider inhouseIT."

"The job can be demanding at times, given it is an IT company and we base our reputation and overall business on our level of customer satisfaction and resolution -- but the support you get and the experience you learn within the organization is immeasurable."
