"Know something about the company. Be prepared to do a lot of work without being paid enough for it."
What don't you like about working at Target?
"Understaffed, everything isn't as straightforward as it should be, training is a mess, can't access a lot of things from the website that you should, website doesn't run on macs."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I have no clue who my manager actually is. I don't know if my team lead is the manager, or if the person above them is the manager. If I were running things, there'd be less acronyms, things would be more straight-forward, training would be a little more involved, cashiers would get walkies, and there'd be more than 2 people closing the fricking store."

What do you like about working at New United Motor Manufacturing?
"It was a very secured job ( I thought so! ) then it shutdown because of the economic downturn."

"All aspirants should be honest and candid about their experience on the job."
What don't you like about working at New United Motor Manufacturing?
"There was a lot of opportuniities to learn new things but I got stuck on my role as a Team member and Team Leader on my team. So, I did not get to move around to other teams to know new stuffs more than I would like to."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"There should be an open-door policy all the way to the TOP. That's the only way to know what is really going down on the floor."
What do you like about working at Pizza Hut?
"Being my first opportunity to work in a managerial position, I fell in love with the excitement presented by the company and my co-workers."

"Do not underestimate the potential of being a team member, be willing to take on additional responsibilities to prove your skill set."

"The compensation did not match the responsibilities set for by the company."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Encourage others to get to your success rate, remember that you don't want to stay in the position you are in forever."

"I like that the rules of conduct are reasonable and the expectations of upper management are easy to uphold."

"Act as if working yourself to death every day would be no problem for you."
What don't you like about working at Target?
"It's incredibly dull work. I can maintain it fairly easily on a good day, but my bad days usually arise when I just can't stand the monotony of the routine or the utter pointlessness of the job itself."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would make the day-to-day tasks easier to keep up with and try to ensure that each TM is pulling their own weight in the department. Other than that I would try to have more cross-training between departments so others in the store are aware of my area's concerns."

"Nothing, I despise everything about my job there, it's stressful and I hate customers..."

"Run, far way, The Pay is terrible compared with the stress of the job"

"The staff are not organised. The system is inefficient and does not work well."

"I would organise the the staff in a better manner"

"The company is already closed so there is nothing to suggest."

"The culture is very solid they put a lot in to keep the team members happy."

"Just be honest and straight foward and always be engaged with your team."

"I don't like that we have a new GM every two years."

"Trust the supervisors when they make a call, and go over go over new prcedures with them first."

"No, If you're applying to work in retail at Target, you know what you're getting into."

"My co workers were not the hardest working bunch, often leaving lots of work to be done that I would have to finish, and I got little to no support from management."

"More extensive interview process, so that the people they hire are more reliable."

"Working at this company allowed me to experience being an office manager, helping others and pushed me into doing projects and accounting."

"The moral was very, very low and the supervisor was not a peoples person"

"To be a little more enthusactic about your job, learn how to become a people's person and how to commuicate with others and how to be fair."

"Co-workers and some of the guests that come into Target."
What don't you like about working at Target?
"Most of the team leads are full of themselves, no one helps you with a task."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would actually listen to the employees and guests, not just give them a run-around answer."
What do you like about working at Target?
"They have excellent benefits until next year for all their applicable employees. The people that you work with on a day to day basis, depending on the department, can quite easily lead to friendships for life."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Do not apply for management unless you either know the interviewers or are too young to know better, the game is rigged against anybody who is not in the system."
What don't you like about working at Target?
"You are going to run into strict rule following to the point that you have never thought of. One thing you will learn early on at Target is that the company rules are far more important than any situation changes. Some anecdotal evidence here: Recently a $1000 TV was destroyed because it had a scratch and we were not allowed to lower the floor model price lower than 10% even though 20% would have been enough. Disabilities are not something that they know that they have an obligation to meet with reasonable accommodation. There are hundreds of stories and lawsuits out there against Target because of this. Your ability to move up depends on them liking you. They have interviews with you and go over how you answer their questions and it is entirely subjective. Those that they like are moved up quickly, sometimes well beyond their abilities would allow, and those that they don't are not moved up at all. If you do not interview, well then you are doomed because they refuse to take anything else into consideration. The number of incidents that I have witnessed because of this is beyond the scope that this review would allow."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Make the amount of hours that are spent on the salesfloor independent of the hours of the rest of the store and stop penalizing stores for taking back returns that have nothing to do with the store, a ratio would be fair tool for team members to work with because it is easier to understand. It makes no sense to penalize your customers if you cannot find a person who can be trained to stock well. It makes your customers and employees feel safer as the number of people in the store increases. Employee appreciation needs to be expanded. I have never worked for a company that works so hard at making its employees feel appreciated yet fail so hard. Handing out hundreds of great team member cards every week just destroys the value of them."

"The only thing good about working at Menards was the pay."

"Be prepared to work hard and not like the job that you will be assigned to."

"I disliked the people who worked here, the managers, and the job itself."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Don't pressure your employees so much that they want to quit."
What do you like about working at Crossmark?
"Introducing new products for clients to consumers.The availability to work at other stores if needed. Do not always have to work the same place!"
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Simply put DO NOT apply for the Walmart team. In my store we have no support or help from the management staff. Also most of the warehouse people do not help support to us as well."
What don't you like about working at Crossmark?
"The people out in the field is what makes the company successful. And we are often over looked."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Mangement needs to listen to the field workers. We spend more time in the store and know more about the behind the sceens. Do not make this a career choice."
