"Blow off the interview and find a place that will respect your labor."

What don't you like about working at Target?

"The fact that Executive Team Leaders were unable/unwilling to perform their jobs at a level that should be expected of someone in that position. I also do not like the fact that Target does not promote Executive Team Leaders from within. They focus on hiring them right out of college and refuse to promote long-time, successful team leaders for these positions."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"First and foremost, find the highest bridge you can. After that, JUMP!"

"Target has great employee relationships and excellent ongoing training. They have given me a greater understanding of my own leadership skills and I feel that they are generally interested in helping me to advance myself."

"Be yourself and always have specific scenarios for examples to questions during your interviews."

"Target seems to be less interested in previous work experience and values one's Target experience over all else. The pay scale is very low."
