"I do different tasks each week. I am constantly learning new technology."

"A person should have the ability to multitask and the drive to continue learning for oneself and for the company."
What don't you like about working at Access3000?
"I work on both business and technical tasks, and the business day to day tasks I do are and have slowed my ability to perform with excellence. It is time to focus and pick what I do best - technology."

"Hire additional people and expand the company.Outline a smaller set of products."

"I enjoy working in an academic environment. There is a lot of opportunities to learn and study."

"People that apply to Wayne State know already why they do that. It has to do with the culture. The problem is that the culture is changing as we speak and I am not sure about the direction."
What don't you like about working at Wayne State University?
"The culture is not that great and the current budget crunch brings out the worst in people."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I feel they are pushing too many management buttons at once. They may not have enough time to experiment but they should take a more insightful approach."
