"If you want to get screwed up, join this company. cracking the job is very easy here but after that you wont have any growth... You will be treated as prisoners... SO DONT JOIN THIS COMPANY..."
What don't you like about working at CMS GlobalSoft?
"Everything, no flexible working hours, Micro management, product is good, but its always a black box... Since Customers are not technical, management takes advantage of this. For a small issue/enhancement/feature which takes 5 minutes, these guys bill the customer for a min of 3 hours"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Should have good educational background or atleast some good management skills. Stop worrying about earning money for yourself, but must take care of employees as well, your benefits SUCK..."

"Very different than any other I've ever had to fill out and that is a positive remark."

"Ability to learn, grow and branch out. Travel to different sites and experience different customers and systems."
What don't you like about working at HSQ Technology?
"Company got bought out by a public company. Prior to that the company was profitable for 30 consecutive years since their inception. First year after the public buy out they posted a loss and subsequentally went into bankruptcy shortly thereafter."

"I enjoyed working with familiar technologies such as MS Access and VB, which I was strongest at, as well as getting some financial experience."

"Be honest and know what you are talking about as well as your skills."

"I could only get in on a contract, and when it was over, so was my job."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Give a chance to disabled professionals like myself who worked on your systems in the past and have some knowledge of your environment to work as a programmer or what they are best at, not just what positions are open at the time, like QA. If I agree to switch to QA just to join the firm, at least give me a chance to start off as a junior QA."
