"If you want to get screwed up, join this company. cracking the job is very easy here but after that you wont have any growth... You will be treated as prisoners... SO DONT JOIN THIS COMPANY..."

What don't you like about working at CMS GlobalSoft?

"Everything, no flexible working hours, Micro management, product is good, but its always a black box... Since Customers are not technical, management takes advantage of this. For a small issue/enhancement/feature which takes 5 minutes, these guys bill the customer for a min of 3 hours"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Should have good educational background or atleast some good management skills. Stop worrying about earning money for yourself, but must take care of employees as well, your benefits SUCK..."
