What do you like about working at Motorola Solutions?
"Motorola was once a great company which has fallen on tough times. If it can rebound, it may be a great place to work once again, but I do not believe this will happen. When I started there 20 years ago, there was a team spirit and a corporate culture of sharing expertise and capabilities. There was also a belief in continuous education and respect for employees. There are, however, still a lot of great people to work with at the company and this is what makes the situation bearable and sometimes enjoyable."

"The company has lost its mid western values and now operates totally out of fear."

"Get some humility."

"Allow people to live outside of their jobs, for example exercise, more family time, and even hobbies."

"Firstly, I was capable of working independently or as a team member. So I could manage my work schedule according the main schedule.Secondly, I like the work environment. THe offices are clean and tidy, co-workers are friendly and kind, and they will give me some advice about the work on their own initiative.Thirdly, System-one has great benefits package so I could keep my mind on the work without worrying about anything like dental insurance."

"I had to take train for about 1.5 hours to work."
