"The organization is not as flexible as it could be... but then again, GE behaves like a typical large American corporation."

"Layoff was not handled as well as it should. Engineering talent was considered expendable with no effort to provide viable alternatives to remain in the company."

"The Aviation Systems Management is not well informed with regard to the talent of any operating entities outside the Core Engine Systems group."

"I had no issues, our division was sold to Cingular which then was closed since the division I worked for (International) closed its offices."
