"Do what you say you are going to do. Pay market rates for experienced people. Show SOME appreciation for the work we do!!!!!"

"Not working there any longer. Not working for a crazy person"

"keep looking they will fire you for no reason in the first month and then block your unemployment."

"cursed at, treated like garbage, verbal abuse and tons of drama"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Simply close and give everyone a refund. Save yourself the embarassment"

"I liked the work once I was settled."
What do you like about working at Exelis?
"The work was interesting and the people were fun to work with most of the time. I liked the health plan, free gym and free food."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"This is not a Job for everyone, basically camping 24/7 and long work hours. Much Easier for single adults as the time away from home and the culture change can be difficult for some. Try to find someone that has been out there before make sure you a comfortable with the life."
What don't you like about working at Exelis?
"This was a stressful environment for many and that sometimes flowed into the work areas. Managment can be spotty at best and you have to manage on your own quite often. The medical insurance was terrible, expensive and I wouldn't use it again."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Your people are your greatest asset, they should be treated as such. It is a stressful environment and a little appreciation goes a long way in promoting employee health."

"The old location was classic. The business was really interesting to work in and I kept very busy."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Good luck. The people are pretty good but stressed out all the time. Go for the good old boys network from the start and don't trust what upper management says, they will throw you under the bus at the drop of a hat."
What don't you like about working at Aero Union?
"No loyalty, vision,cutthroat management, jobs were short lived and tenuous."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Treat people a valued assets, don't blame the employees for management failure."
