"The work culture made working for the company an unpleasant experience. The SE management is honestly not trained to properly manage technical field sales engineers."

"At first it was great but as BV took over there was definite favoritism by management. We were LP2A employees & management was from B& H; both acquired by BV around the same time. However prejudice existed by B&H personnel against LP2A employees & we were laid off."

"They failed to maintain Public Works Division & contracts with lots of municipalities losing money & jobs & creating massive layoffs or quality people leaving."

"Get back to the Family Atmosphere that was originally there. Accept employee input. Put the trust back in the job & the people where the relationship has become estranged."

"My interview was very easy. Perhaps advanced positions require more extensive interview process. I cannot advise on that... Response to me was at first NO, then they called me back a week later with YES. Emotional rollercoaster..."

"Too much mundane work. Repetitive mundane tasks gave me carpal tunnel in my wrists (maybe)."

"Provide more opportunities for growth. I believe I am a strong candidate for software developer, yet they let me go, rather than pursue me to aid with more complex tasks. I could have been a great asset for them, in my opinion. Instead, I will now move on to a different company. It's their loss, in my opinion."
