"Symantec needs to overhaul its business processes and is not willing to do so due to company politics. They have very different rules for employees and contractors. The later is not treated nearly as well."

"I thought by being one of the best sales reps, and the chairman of two committees, dedicated to the company, did not help when they laid off 60% of the sales force."

"Keep up the good work. Let the sales reps do what they do best, sell."

"Security software - need to have a background. It is a large company but they are excellent with benefits and really try to do the right things."
