"Be prepared to lead change and work hard to move this company to the next level. There are still lots of great opportunities and challenges ahead."
What don't you like about working at FMC Technologies?
"The correct name for the company is FMC - Lithium Division. The culture of the place was stucked in the past in times where it was an idependent company before Gulf resorces and FMC bought the place."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Continue moving the company forward. Pursue to regain the #1 or #2 position in the world market. Define which its new core business it is going to be and execute effectively."

What do you like about working at Furmanite?
"It was an ever changing environment, no time to get bored, enjoyed the nuclear safety related part, as I felt like a valuable part of the company. New mangement brought in his own people from previous company."

"You have to a YES person no matter what your actual feelings are; sometime to the extent of pushing the bounderies on being honest."

What suggestions do you have for management?
"They need to learn how to engage workforce and investigate. It's about performance not personalities. You cannot simply believe anything they are told just because it comes from someone with tenure. The weak employees easily pushout the newer stronger positions by creating stories and untruths and management takes them as actual, they never investigate because they do not want to engage workers and automatically released the newer. Sorry, you can't buy cultural change"
