"They have a good product. The people want to put out a quality product."

"Look elsewhere for work. Cornell needs to grow up before there will be any real stability."
What don't you like about working at Cornell Pump?
"They sell to unlimited factor capacity. They do not use their ERP system properly and there are Maverick/Rogue actions throughout."

"Trust the professionals that you hire. A Maverick/Rogue culture might be fine at a $35m annual company but not at a $100m annual firm."

"May not always have work/life balance, but it continues to get better with introduction of flexible work hours and core days."

"Provide clear expectations, sufficient guidance and resources and willing to engage the process and evaluate milestones periodically to ensure a succussful final result, or product."

"I dislike the increasing job uncertainty due to spot layoffs without previous communications. As previously mentioned, the perks have been disappearing over the last several years."

"I would spend more money on employee happiness. The perks at Cisco have slowly dwindled over the past 5-10 years. Much of what used to differentiate Cisco from an employee happiness perspective is gone."

"Not much at all really. The company was very dedicated to moving towards centers of excellence and was quite visionary. It was a great company to work for."

"When Kraft bought the company. It killed the small company feel and flexibility."

"None, they are too big too realize their cumbersomeness. It is not the same as Cadbury's fast, flexible, focused attitude."
