"The correct name for the company is FMC - Lithium Division. The culture of the place was stucked in the past in times where it was an idependent company before Gulf resorces and FMC bought the place."

"Continue moving the company forward. Pursue to regain the #1 or #2 position in the world market. Define which its new core business it is going to be and execute effectively."
