"Don't, unless you need the job. If you do work for UPS, make sure you have a stable mind and heart, and do not deter."
What don't you like about working at UPS?
"I don't like being talked at instead of talked to. Everyone must be a drone with a number and everyone is silo'd. Independent thought and ideas are not taken well. Dueling initiatives... I could go on for hours."

"Go do a desk job for a month, then reevaluate your approach."

"Too many 3 and 4 letter acronyms. They act like they have created a new language. Completely ridiculous."

"Lighten up and concentrate on making money and get over yourselves. You're not special. You're just headcount and everyone is dispensable."

"It was difficult to manage unsatisfactory employees due to the lack of corporate support."

"Value the knowledge of the employees that have been with the company for 8+ years."

"Layoff, last in, first to go. Even though I brough them 4 million in savings through new carriers and new visions."

"AT first I thought is was a solid job, good people in the plants."

"Make sure they are not laying off on the next 3 to 12 months. You will be the first to go."
What don't you like about working at Johnson Controls?
"I was worried about being layed off 30 days after I was hired. Made it through 3 rounds, When they hit logistics, I was the last in first out. They took all my ideas and were awared for those ideas this summer."

"Look at your middle management team, they arn't doing anything to make them company run well."
What do you like about working at Hancor?
"I had a considerable wealth of product and industry knowledge so I was able to work in several different capacities including sales, engineering, and supply chain management."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Learn as much as you can about the industry and the products."
What don't you like about working at Hancor?
"I couldn't advance beyond where I was and once we were bought out, a great deal of our sales were moved to other plants hurting job security."

"They should be loyal to their employees (this wasn't an issue for me personally)."

"USG is a great place to work but the current housing market makes it difficult to manage."

"USG is a very family oriented corporation that places great emphasis on safety at all times."

"If you do you live the safety culture, you will not be hired."

"The high expectation of relocation for managers."
