"The Operations and district Mangers were not able to even speak to us in the office as if they were better than us."

"I like the flexible schedule, interactions with customers, working towards a sales goal, having a team under my supervision, working with my hands, expressing my creativity towards a sales pitch."

"Do not look at this job as if it were a career. There is no room for advancement. Look at it as a stepping stone. A job to get your feet wet. To teach you the basics of customer service. To learn how to create and build a foundation of your work ethic. Its a great job if you are going to school or if its your first job. If you have any financial responsibility other than school this place is not for you."
What don't you like about working at Oil Can Henry's?
"I have no room for advancement. I am ambitious and would like to move up in the company but the way the management is structured the only way to move into management would be for the current manager to either leave or move along to another career which in the past has showed an extremely to almost non existent turn over rate. The crew I work with except for a couple are extremely immature and ignorant."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Create a bonus incentive plan that actually fostered incentive. Express my gratitude toward the individuals that are actually making the company advance, not the management that takes the credit for the advancement that the employees make. Immediately fix any issues with equipment employees notify me about."

"Always keep your work ethics professional. Do not become involved in office rumors and gossip. And at all times keep personally life matters to yourself."
What don't you like about working at Commonwealth of Pennsylvania?
"The only problem for me, was the over pouring amount of estrogen, that feeld an all male prison. And if you were not like by your peers, and was made known y idle gossip and rumors started."

"I would have taken more time to understand the needs of the staff, and not have been pre-judgemental, based on the staffs particular gender."

"You should convey your enthusiasm for non-profits, education, science and creativity."

"Lack of communication. Not everyone is on the same page. It's a struggle to staff enough people to cover the busy seasons but not enough business to justify hiring more people."
