"Please come dressed in khakis with a dress shirt and dress shoes, and be professional."

"The McDonald's operation was actually in the AT&T call center, and from time to time the operational supervisors for AT&T would be rotated out so we would not know who we were reporting to."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Stay ahead of the curve if you are going to run a computerized database system. Linux and MySQL are better than Microsoft 3.1."

"I have been with the company for 11 years. I like my job very much. The work that I perform in billing and then collecting what I bill is very satisfying. I also enjoy mentoring my staff."

"Dress professional and come prepared with questions that you have for the hiring manager."
What don't you like about working at Kindred Healthcare?
"Up until recently, I have not had a complaint. However, I was laid off. This would be my only complaint that the industry was down and therefore I was laid off."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Make sure that you work well with your staff and uplift them. Make sure your staff is fully trained and capable of handling situations without you there. Always promote team work and always listen for suggestions on how work can be completed more efficiently."
