What do you like about working at A.C.E.S.?
"This place was horrible. The pay was very low compared to other agencies and the management was very shady."

"I wouldn't bother. There are TONS of good, agencies in the area."
What don't you like about working at A.C.E.S.?
"Everything. Not enough emphasis on clinical work, but tons of emphasis on feedback and praise."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Hire people who can lead clinically. Pay your staff more money. The reason your retention rate is so low because of your pay and reputation."

"I like working with my management team to make sure we achieve the company goals."

"I wish we could have more companies that would have the vision that was employed here. Be team oriented, creative, and stay out of Mexico."

"They moved to Mexico and removed 350 jobs from the Michigan job market."

"Bring the jobs back to Michigan, where we were creative, profitable and quality minded."

"If you are use to abuse and banging your head against the wall you will do fine."

"Lack of long term goals, poor engineering assistance, hindering production rules that would not enable the workforce to reach goals."

"The owners shoud withdraw from the manufacturing environment. There are good people working there that are being micro managed frequently. There is no room for growth or establishing ideas in the current environment."
