"They had some great products, a great parent company and until this year was a great place to work."

"Understand how to handle a group interview. The face to face interview typically is all day and with approximately 7 individuals individually. Barksdale does not make decisions quickly."

"The current leadership does not have a real direction and strategic approach to business and the markets they serve"

"It is important for all the leaders to understand the markets they serve and have a strategic approach and long term commitment to the markets they serve"

"The company is better now that it has sold to Live Person. Before that it was out of control, with the CEO openly playing video games throughout the day."

"The people in my peer group. All else was completely out of control and I have never had an experience that was as strange."

"Get a clear job description and find out how financially stable the company is. They have a habit of hiring and laying off."
What don't you like about working at ProBys?
"The CEO was very openly spending money like crazy. I emphasize that he is no longer in charge. All reports are that the new senior management from LivePerson is very good and that they have the company under control now."

"None with the current management - seem to be doing much better."
