"The people in my peer group. All else was completely out of control and I have never had an experience that was as strange."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Get a clear job description and find out how financially stable the company is. They have a habit of hiring and laying off."

What don't you like about working at ProBys?

"The CEO was very openly spending money like crazy. I emphasize that he is no longer in charge. All reports are that the new senior management from LivePerson is very good and that they have the company under control now."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"None with the current management - seem to be doing much better."
