"Great company with amazing people and technology. It really is a nice culture."

"If you like a pre-manufactured sales culture then this is a great place to work, but if you like to run your own sales campaigns then this is not the place for you."

"I feel the type of selling we do is very rigid and traditional."

"Let the salespeople sell and become more outward focused in everything we do."

"My likes are: fast-paced, own your own business, smart people, and flexible schedule."

"Focus on the immediate need that the hiring manager has for you. Your contribution is expected immediately. You will need to be extremely dedicated to drink from the firehose in the first few months."

"There is a lack of accountability within certain teams to other teams. This results in a less than ideal environment where teams compete against one another."

"I would suggest less bureaucracy, more customer engagement, and better product responsibilities to market."

"There really sn't anything I don't lilke. However, our stock could be better."

"EVERYTHING... Especially the racist managers and workers. This place is super depressing"

"New management Please! They are so rude to you if you're not one of them. It's very depressing as you can be blind and you'll notice how racist they are. Let me not forget, IF YOU'RE NOT ONE OF THEM IT'S HELL!!! I've seen so many ppl leave and quit Rosetta Stone because of the crap you have to deal with, Just an FYI--- YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!"

"Constant new challenges and new ideas being vetted. Chaotic environment of meeting ever changing deadlines. Team spirit is also big - everyone helped when necessary"

"Be positive about you and your skills, desires, and goals. Be honest and never be afraid to take a risk...sometimes risks payoff; but all risks are invaluable lessons"

"Long hours; changes in management were frequent; too much travel"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Focus on employee training and retention. Cost of hiring new employee is about 4x as expensive as retaining and training current employees. Updated equipment."
