"It is a great company with a lot of potential but the best advice I can give is to work at a lively and growing workplace with a responsible owner."

"The boss had a drinking problem and when the company was struggling, he refused to pay my commissions, leaving me with minimum wage compensation."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The corporate Verizon allows individual store owners to deal with their personal workers as they please but there are certain settings where they should have more impact. For example, requiring at least 1 break every 10 hours or vacation days weren't included and commissions were left up to the store owner."
