What do you like about working at Home Depot?
"I was a human resource manager at The Home Depot. They downsized the human resource managers within each store. I was asked to transfer to another Home Depot as an assistant manager. I preferred working as a human resource manager as opposed to an assistant manager."
What don't you like about working at Home Depot?
"I did not like the management staff I worked for when I transferred to an assistant manager. They did not welcome me because of my human resource background. I felt they thought I was a threat to them."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I have none at this time, as the management staff I worked for last was not open for suggestions."

"It is a challenging and rewarding company. I like having the ability to grow with the company as a career."

"You must be a smart and hard worker available seven days to work, and not be afraid of learning new products on a daily basis."

"My dislikes are: must be able to know the best and worst of the business, not able to give the real talent a chance to grow in position, and changing management too soon."

"Communicate in a more positive, constructive way. Identify the strength and weakness of the individual talents (not a quick fix for staffing)."
