"One piece of advice is to learn as much about the processes. Work hard to move up and then move out."

"I disliked that there was absolutely no work/life balance, and being underpaid for the work that's expected from team members."

"I would make certain that quality team members are compensated appropriately in all of Wells Fargo footprint."
