"The company was good to me with pay and bonus. But the company pay was low due to their focus on the bonus program."

"Been bought up by Supervalu. Do not know what they are like now... hopefully better."

"Their demand for 6 days a week 10-11 hours per day became overwhelming."

"Make the manager have a life with the family at home. Include the family in things plus more time to spend with family."

"I started working there when I was 18 years old and worked there for 9 years. Many of work ethics that I have now I learned from Hollywood Video----customer service is so important."

"In the business of Hollywood Video good employees are sometimes hard to find, especially those who will stay for a long time-build a solid core staff and build from there."
