"lack of support from DM. Needed to let people go that didn't fit but the DM would not give me the power to do so. It made it hard for me to run my store."

"I think Hollywood Video isn't too bad. I had a lazy DM. He didn't know how to run a reg. but demanded a lot."

"As a store director, I was in charge of every aspect of running a multimillion dollar business. I liked the daily challenges, and watching the business grow."

"Circuit City was very time consuming, and put a lot of challenges on my life outside of work."

"Sr Management made a series of bad decisions leading to the bankruptcy of Circuit City."
