"Contract ended two months earlier than expected. Some daily reports were deemed unnecessary well after production"

"Improve log term vision for project and hire employees accordingly."

"It's a good place to work. The people are great. The pay is sub par."

What don't you like about working at State Street?

"The many different systems and teams which as a result cause duplication of efforts and increased costs."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Eliminate the secondary systems and costs to support them. Focus on identifying and improving the primary system. Initiate a corporate wide standardization of data and applications. Eliminate the various mappings from one system to the other. The terminology should be the same."

"There isn't a whole lot of internal potential for promotions within my experience."

"I think management is doing a great job but could benefit from offering small changed to some of the benefits they currently have, such as commuting or parking options."
