"I have worked with State Street for about 1.5 years. The company is good for a person who knows the nitty-gritty details of the multiple things like DevOps, Front end etc. Learning is a bit tough with no one to guide you. People are always in a hurry to finish off projects without doing proper form analysis."

"I’ve worked at State Street for less than a year. The work life balance can be challenging, and the overall feel of the firm is edgy and it’s been a challenge bringing people together to work on projects."

"I started at State Street in Finance in 2014 after having graduated college with a degree in Mathematics in discrete and abstract structures. It was here that I became fascinated with coding macros to automate processing of incoming trade volume. I left State Street in 2017 to join Launch Academy, a full-time, intensive education program for Full Stack Development. After graduating, I was rehired as a Software Developer by State Street to join their IT side! The end was April, 2020 for me and the note on which State Street and I parted couldn't have been a better bond. My team was very sad to see our team break apart and to go separate ways. I was given plenty of notice too. Fantastic company!!"

"State Street is fine. It's a corporate setting that uses primarily contractors - at least in my experience - and as a result has high turn over. Easy hire, easy release. Good company culture. Good and bad people, as with any large company."
