"I worked for CWA Local 1033 for 3 and a half years. The work was challenging and exciting. I had quite a bit of autonomy, but the management of the organization needed training in Human Resources and employment laws. The work environment was often enjoyable, but many violations of various employment laws took place which created tension among co-workers."
