"Develop a strong understanding of the corporate culture and career paths for your paticular area of interest. Focus questions on corporate culture, specifically on what areas State Street doesn't do well. This wilkl be more telling than what they do well."

"Don't be afraid to discuss the organizations short comings. They exist and will only improve through acceptance and discussion."

"Don't believe them they lie"

"Management has no clue and the compensation structure is ridiculous"

"Paperwork, paperwork, paperwork. Whether I'm in the office or outdoors, there will always be some sort of paperwork to complete related to this job. This means more writing, typing, and filing, the possibility of lost paperwork (which means more writing, typing, and filing), and making copies of more paperwork."

"I got to create my own test plans, cases and scripts. also performed ba work."

"That is a tough question. It has many variables. That depends on the individual interviews and interviewed."

"it strength of complexity is its challenge. It needs lot of preparation to do even a simple change of code."

"There a lot of legacy systems which need to be migrated to more web based platforms. It gives better flexibility to employees, users to be better productive."

"constantly changing direction and job description/responsibilities, unstable work environment due to freelance hiring procedures and restrictions. Too much turnover"

"less micro management, let managers do their jobs, more permanent hires"
