"I've worked at Southern California Edison for over 12 years and it has been a good company to work for. The pay and benefits are competitive and yet you find many nonmanagement personnel moves around the company frequently because it is hard to move up in certain departments. You have to wait for someone to retire before a management position opens up. It is a great starter company for someone fresh out of school."
