"SCE is a great company with great benefits, lots of good people work there: however, to work there and get ahead in your career then you have to be a cheerleader, yes man, part of a club, management think they are untouchable and that is because they are protected by their higher ups and the fake HR department. myself and couple of other employees were discriminated against, harassed, pushed down, and when went through proper channels got retaliated against. management brainwashed HR and HR believed them and swept things under the rag. very disgusting."

"There are thousands of high-paying management, tech, and engineering jobs involved in providing electric utility services in the Southern California region, but SCE is a public monopoly and works a lot like a government agency. Things are slow, outdated, and oftentimes really boring."

"I interned at Socal Edison from May 2019 to December 2019. Throughout my internship, I learned a lot from the other engineers. I was able to have hands-on testing with the actual transformer. The experience was great overall."
