"Don't waste your time with this company. The supervisor is so unprofessional. I have no idea how he's still able to work. I had to find other work thanks to the supervisor refusing to remove a guard that would not stop playing on his cell phone. He would also ask sales associates for money. On top of that he was able to pick his own hours and walk off the site whenever he liked. Due to the current supervisor refusing to do his job he lost the contract. He claimed he had no idea what was going on. We all knew it was gonna happen. We saw the other security company talk to the client multiple times. I was forced to put in 64 hours a week and had to miss a funeral of a family friend. This company will be sued in the future thanks to this guy breaking the law."

"The job started out good, however I noticed way too many issues that shouldn't have been ignored by the supervisors. I did high end retail. The whole time I was there not 1 supervisor came down to check on the guards or the client that hired the company. No clear post orders to follow. No company training for the job site. The whole time I was there I worked with a guard that would not stop asking the sales associates for money, and would not stop harassing them. He would also not stop playing on his phone. I brought this up to the main supervisor many times. The only answer I get is oh I will take care of it. Now this clown I'm forced to work with thinks it will be ok not to tell the office his permit for his firearm will expire. He was going to show up without it. I reported it to the office and same response. They will take care of it. Now short handed. Instead of sending cover to help with the hours for the site. They have me covering 12 to 14 hour days non stop and have another guard who's already working 2 jobs do the same. I had to beg the office to get cover for the site a.s.a.p. Working 70 hours a week now off day plus traffic is ridiculous. Sleep didn't exist. For what ever reason the main supervisor lets the guard come back after all the issues we have with him. Now he's picking his own hours and walking off the job site with no issues. He got away with quite a bit. This guard who claims to be the supervisor of the site when he wasn't, thought I would be ok with buying him food plus paying him in a bribe just for him to do his job. So with the other bad guards we had plus him, we lost the account. Since the main supervisor didn't care what was going on. He didn't even tell the guards and we all found out by ourselves. Never work for this unprofessional company. It is very ridiculous how retarded the office is."
