1 The supervisor in charge for armed accounts should honestly be fired. I worked at a site where the guy would not stop asking the security team for money. He would would also ask the sales associates. On top of that he would be on his phone for most of the shift. When I started there he told me he was the supervisor in charge. Even though I reported the guard to the supervisor. The supervisor would not do anything about it. The guy tells me 1 day that he has 2 months for his permit to expire. He flat out tells me he's not going to tell the supervisor and even if he did the supervisor would still let him work. The guy basically thought he was above the law. I report it to the supervisor. The supervisor all of a sudden can't remember his name. Even though I advise the supervisor he acted like he didn't know. It wasn't until the day his permit expired that he calls the office. You would think they would check before hand. So thanks to the supervisor and this guard, I was forced to put in close to 70 hours a week. I got stuck doing 12 to 14 hour shifts 6 days a week. A family friend passed away and I could not get time off to go. The contract was literally hanging on since I was putting in more hours than the store manager at the time. After almost blacking out on the freeway going to work I had to call them up and ask where the extra cover is. I was forced to do the job of 4 people. After getting told multiple times they are working on it I had to yell at them that this had to stop. The supervisor now says he will personally drive to check on the site talk to the client and see what he can do to fix things. Not only did he never show up or any other supervisor show up. He lets the guard come back that kept asking for money. You guessed it, things got worse. They lost the contract and the supervisor got mad that I wouldn't stay with the company. The main supervisor is too old and way too unfit to supervise. He also has Alzheimer's.

2.1 The job started out good, however I noticed way too many issues that shouldn't have been ignored by the supervisors. I did high end retail. The whole time I was there not 1 supervisor came down to check on the guards or the client that hired the company. No clear post orders to follow. No company training for the job site. The whole time I was there I worked with a guard that would not stop asking the sales associates for money, and would not stop harassing them. He would also not stop playing on his phone. I brought this up to the main supervisor many times. The only answer I get is oh I will take care of it. Now this clown I'm forced to work with thinks it will be ok not to tell the office his permit for his firearm will expire. He was going to show up without it. I reported it to the office and same response. They will take care of it. Now short handed. Instead of sending cover to help with the hours for the site. They have me covering 12 to 14 hour days non stop and have another guard who's already working 2 jobs do the same. I had to beg the office to get cover for the site a.s.a.p. Working 70 hours a week now off day plus traffic is ridiculous. Sleep didn't exist. For what ever reason the main supervisor lets the guard come back after all the issues we have with him. Now he's picking his own hours and walking off the job site with no issues. He got away with quite a bit. This guard who claims to be the supervisor of the site when he wasn't, thought I would be ok with buying him food plus paying him in a bribe just for him to do his job. So with the other bad guards we had plus him, we lost the account. Since the main supervisor didn't care what was going on. He didn't even tell the guards and we all found out by ourselves. Never work for this unprofessional company. It is very ridiculous how retarded the office is.

1 I only was with this company almost a month. I told the hiring manager what my goals are and my schedule. We shook hands on it and he said okay. 2nd week in, I'm forced to do last second overtime. Had to find out by another supervisor on what happened. 3rd week in, I'm now getting split off days and the schedule keeps changing. They messed up on the schedule so bad during the second week. I had to go 3 days with no sleep. Once they tried the split days off I quit. Very unprofessional to just say yes to the new hires and go against everything just to get people to join the company. Well, put up with it for 10 years. I'm not the kind of person that allows supervisors to walk all over me. You either keep your word or I find something better.
