"The interview process is crazy! Be prepared for multiple rounds, panels, and a long decision making process."
What don't you like about working at Sodexo?
"poor leadership at all levels, too many conflicts, company is in transition and change is painful, too much work to be done; could work 24 hours a day and never catch up, sales are down and pressure is high, expectations are unreasonable."

"be less egotistical, be more involved in the sales process, make decisions faster"

"An opportunity to supervise the Maintenance Technicians and Janitors and to provide guidance to these workers."

"They will go through basic interview and will ask questions on different types of scenarios (for example, you had an argument with a janitor and what are the steps to take in order to keep good working relationship, and so forth)."
What don't you like about working at Sodexo?
"The workplace is in same Henkel Corporation building and it is very difficult to work there, especially after getting laid off by Henkel Corp. Sodexo's Management doesn't communicate with me in great details and never offer any types of training."

"As for Sodexo's Management, they need to learn to communicate with their staff and make sure their staff are working correctly without any issues and always offer advices and help when beginning-level managers are having difficulties."

"The wrong manager was chosen to run the account without the experience needed to accomplish the companies goals"

"Just to make sure the managers fit the account IE. a manager from Health care shouldn't be managing Education"

"Company is so large that sometimes regognition of work is non-exsistant"

"Better communication with the DM's from the VP's and Presidents. Need a closer relationship to better understand goals"
"A disaster but midlevel people were helpful and supportive"

"Its a large multinational company with a good deal of sability. The mid-level management was very god at provising support, tools, and autonomy to get the job done. Compensation was fair and the job was personally satisfying. There were occasional opportunities to move move within the company."

"Be yourself, dress professionally fo the position you are seeking and speak with confidence in who you are and what you offer."

"Upper level management was a bit to removed from the everyday opperation and, because of this distancing, was not very good at addressing issue that came up on the job."

"Be more involvd in the evryday opperations of the company , even at its lower level since these are the area that providie the kind support the public comes in contact with and form their opinions on."

"Perhaps that all management positions were not bonus eligible at the end of the fiscal year."
