"Entex before the buy out was a family and employee oriented company. The person came first. The Employee's looked forward to Monday and enjoyed coming to work and doing a outstanding job."

"after the buyout by Siemens. it became more about the dollar and less about the people that make the money for you.The company became more focused on doing it one way weather that is what the customer wanted or not."

"to intense, not relaxed at all, constant personal goal chasing, goal setting meetings every month to let you know how goodn or bad you are doing"
