What do you like about working at Pep Boys Auto?

"Helping customers and actually getting them what they need not just something sold to them. I enjoy finding an actual solution not randomly guessing and hoping it solves the problem for them"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Don't expect the support you get in the beginning to last. They will grow bored and stop listening to you and start referring to you as a nuisance instead of their idealist"

What don't you like about working at Pep Boys Auto?

"Upper management makes lots of promises to correct or change problems yet they never do, and when you escalate it past the with documentation they throw you under a bus and watch you fail with NO support until you get fired on technicalities or walk"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Listen to the managers asking for certain things on the store level. Like each customer is different each store and its requirements may vary and need something the others don't to support their volume"
