"Anyone and everyone is looking for excuses rather than solutions. When given the opportunity, management and co-workers will throw individuals under the bus."

"Much more training at the beginning of employment and look for accountability at the upper management levels as well as the employee levels."

"the security of the job, the technicians that work for me. it used to feel like home. I like performing well and coaching people to perform to their best. I love the companies vision and the growth that it is achieving. The success is incredible and I love that I am a part of it."

"Pass, look else where, a different career maybe. Stay in school perhaps. Become a nurse or a doctor its worth the trouble, Trust me."

"fire my boss. and provide the good employees with a package they can serve their careers working for and not just false hopes."

"I love the customers I work withe and my co-workers that really care as much for the customer as I do."

"Sounds good at first but falls apart due to lack of support and communication internally."
What don't you like about working at Great Copier Service?
"There is not and has never really been any consequence for poor tech performance. All suggestions are put aside from the Owner. The fact that a tech can ever talk down to a customer and owner operator never shows action to correct this is very frustrating. There is no company team work."

"I am the service manager and told to concern myself with the technical side not the disciplinary side. But these are my customers. All suggestions are heard but that's all."

"Do not take the service manager position, your assistant will stab you in the back the first chance he gets."

"They force bad employees on you from other stores. Technicians can't diagnose. Stubborn advisors."

"talk to people like they are human beings. Do not cut them off when they talk."

"Bad owner, I worked for this owner 4 times -- we would both like it to work out but can't make that happen."

"I like the fun people and work environment. It is satisfying to help those in need."

"Be loud and proud. Enthusiasm and brown-nosing are valued over actual job performance."
What don't you like about working at General Motors?
"I dislike the long hours. Vacations are frowned upon, and upper management has no ability to counsel employees to help improve them. If they think you're not cutting it, then you're terminated without cause or counsel."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Help your employees become better workers. Don't just discard them if they are not performing as you want. This will increase employee morale and loyalty. This will also save lost revenue, time, and expense of hiring and training replacements."

"don't go into the marine industry. find you a career that make money all year long."

"marine industry is seasonal work, after labor day they cut hours until spring. no benefits either."

"change it. put someone in there who cares about the business and their employees."

"the company as a whole is interested in improving overall performance of its employees"

"its an okay company. if you are looking to get ahead quick then look somewhere else and the expectations are high."

"there is too much going on at once, and not enough personnel to stay on top of the work load"

"I would not want to be running the show at all"
What do you like about working at AT&T?
"I appreciated the company name, the high status clients and my coworkers. Also, working and business hours were semi-flexible, which was nice."

"Aim as high as you can, because unless you know someone or went to a training program in Atlanta (in addition to being really good at your job), it can take a while."
What don't you like about working at AT&T?
"Managers are moody, health insurance benefits for level one managers are horrible, and there are no really great incentives for employment."

"Provide better benefits for management than are offered by the union, and allow for more opportunities for advancement."
