(10/10)- organization of work (8/10) lots of procedures , no place for improvisation - open space office (6/10) the floor could look more clean- canteen (5/10)- pharma regulations, (3/10) could make you insane, if you had to spend 30 minutes on paper work, for the task which usually takes 5 mins- trainings and travelling (1/10) increase of your tech skills is not possible, forget it"

"save the application for the other dealers in the area. Beverly Hills BMW runs a better shop."
What don't you like about working at BMW?
"Many negative attitudes from the top down. The advisor pay plan is far below market average. - very little good to say other than the service director was awsome."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"If you show little regard for your customers, and less for your employees, it becomes increasingly difficult to one to do more than leave."

"It was mostly good. Small family owned business has ups and downs."

"it is a well run company with good feeling between departments"

"fill out the company application first and know that your interview is very likely to be performed by a female. This dealership has more women managers than most. It is a good company and it is still run by the Smith family."

"we were required to manipulate the system to maintain high customer satisfaction scores"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"honesty and integrity will create loyal customers. People can buy parts and repairs any where. They are loyal to people they like and that they trust. Always focus on the relationship with the client."

"I like the great benefits and great pay. I get to help customers solve their problems and clear up misunderstandings."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"The pay is pretty good and the benefits are decent, but if you are working in customer service and have children, please make sure you are prepared to have back-up help."
What don't you like about working at Verizon Communications?
"There is too much micromanagement. There is no creativity, no flexibility, and you are stuck to your desk all day."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would change the sales demands on employees, be a little more lenient with time, and create a more productive environment by decreasing the intense levels of micromanagement."
