"When I was hired I was told there was a base plus bonus pay structure. The volume never allowed for bonuses to kick in."

"The people I worked with were friendly, and the work environment was positive."

"There was no flexibility with hours/schedule. Loan officers were allowed to be rude to the processing staff."

"Be more in tune to your team. If your employees respect you and know you are there for them, they will work hard for you and work to surpass your expectations."

"Job security was terrible because one of the managers was a PIG and that is why I dont work there anymore."

"Dont let PIG that wear cowboy or ridiculous hats to the office be a boss"
