"ask for better compensation and get it in writing, otherwise walk."

"low pay, no bonus/overtime/addittional compensation/pay increase, howrrible team supervisors who have no desire to actually help their team; it's fend for yourself or leave"

"treat employees more generously regarding salaries since you are so profitable and succesful so your fallout/constant loss of excellent and competent workers would stay and less time would have to be focused on paying for training new employees."

"Wells Fargo is a strong and stable company. I have worked with them a couple of different times and would recommend to anyone to work here."

"Be positive, and don't pretend you know everything. I learn something new in this business every day, and I love it. Be honest."
What don't you like about working at Wells Fargo?
"There is no advancement. I am way qualified to be a high processor or even a APM (processing manager). It seems like if you don't know someone, you don't get anywhere. It is too bad, as it is a good company."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Management should listen, listen, listen. Too many times you speak, and they turn it around and put it in their perspective. I believe in an open door policy. Have weekly meetings so that your team is allowed input and to address anything that has come up, and update the team members with the changes."

"Pick your loan officers more wisely and make certain the want to help others not just make money."

"The builder was a moody impatient person that expected loans to be approved and closed in a week's time."

"Be realistic about your expectations when hiring employees and be kinder."

"I liked the flexibility I had. There was never anyone looking over my shoulder. I work better that way."
